Today’s look is this shimmery purple Smokey Eyeshadow look. I think smokey eyes are probably one of my favorite looks to wear. I say this because I think this is my 3rd or 4th smokey eye tutorial on my blog so far lol. For today’s smokey eye, I tried a new brand I had yet to try but had been following on Instagram. Kaleidos Makeup, I had visited their website a few times but the palettes I wanted to try were sold out. Then a month or two later the opportunity arose to try out some products in PR.
First, the packaging on everything was so beautiful and creative. The Flowing Haze palette is wrapped in a beautiful tie-dye velvet fabric, so cute. Then all the formulas I’ve tried so far work beautifully and blended nicely. They also have these gorgeous duo chrome liners that are just so cool and show different shades at different angles. I have to come up with an eyeshadow look for these next!
Anyways for this look, I used the Futurism VI: Lunar Lavender palette as well as the Flowing Haze Quad. I’ve linked both a short and long tutorial below on how to recreate the look. You can also find all the products I used and their links below. Let me know how you like the look 🙂
