I often save photos or videos on Instagram of clothing items I want to reference later to possibly purchase. However I always forget to go back and do so. You’ll have to tell me in the comments if anyone else does this as well. Anyways I noticed recently I had really been gravitating towards this one brands swimsuits, Bydee Swimwear. I haven’t purchased a new swimsuit in awhile, so decided to shop around their site a bit.
They do have higher price points but I like investing in staple pieces for my wardrobe that I’ll have for years, on occasion. The tops and bottoms are sold separately so you are able to order a different size for both which I love. They don’t have a huge size range but they do carry quite a few different style cuts/coverage in one fabric to choose from. All of the fabrics look really unique and have small cute little details on the items. The two swimsuits I ordered were the Frutta style in Prague bottom and Prague top. As well as the Salsa style with the Praque bottom and praque top. The website also talks about how they have a focus on sustainability, I’ll link the website here if you wanna check out their stuff.
Frutta Style in Prague top and Bottom
This first suit is the Frutta print, in the Prague top size medium and Prague bottom size small. My measurements are 32DD-32DDD bra and hips are 38″. The top ran a bit small however I found it to be very flattering just smaller coverage. I did place bikini inserts into the top and cut in my own little pockets into the liner. This is a personal preference as I feel it keeps the top a little more stiff and supportive. The top was well made and sturdy which features beautiful beading on the side edges of the triangle cups. There is also a gold colored metal charm detail in the center of the cups that is sewn in place. The straps and back are also adjustable, the straps have slides like a bra and the back have a hook and loops closure. The bottoms were also a perfect fit, the website lists you can wear these as hipster or high hip. I really loved how this suit fit and it was really comfortable on my recent trip to the beach.
Salsa Style in Prague Top and Bottom
The next suit I ordered was the Salsa Style with a Prague bottom in Small and the Prague top in Medium. The top on this suit fit a little larger coverage wise and the bottoms a little more snug but nothing uncomfortable. Just like the previous bikini top this one also featured slide adjustments on the straps and hook and closure adjustments in the back. This suit has some beautiful little flower beading on the sides of the cups and the gold colored charm detail sewn to the center between the cups. Again for this top I placed little bikini inserts into the top for added structure and support. These tops do not have a pocket so I cut a tiny hole in the inside lining of the top. The fabrics on both are just so vibrant and fun, I really love how unique they are. I loved how this suit fit as well!
Overall I would definitely order from Bydee Swimwear again, as these are definitely my two new favorite bikinis. The brand also had some resort and intimate wear I’d love to check out next.
