To do this, I have a little bit of brush prep in the process, as I like to get my brush super sharp to be able to draw on the thin fake brow hairs. Today, I’m going to be swatching the Em Cosmetics Soft Velvet Lip Cremes. There are a total of nine shades here. The formula on these is very soft and light with a matte-like finish. The formula doesn’t dry down, so they are not transfer-proof; however, they do stay put pretty well. I found the formula very comfortable on the lips.
